This is definitely an interesting story. Theres no camera trickery here! Arabic news site Al-Arabiya reported on a man in 2011 who walked into the General Hospital in Fallujah, Iraq for a bullet lodged in his Head.
An injury like this isn’t that uncommon either. Bullets will eventually lose velocity over a distance to become harmless to soldiers who would’ve been killed had they been at a closer range. This man must have been well over 2500m for this bullet to only penetrate this deep into his skull.
The bullet was removed without any complications. It was a 12.7mm round from a DShK machine gun, which is of russian origin.
