Stay in your vehicle. Stay in the vehicle. Do not try to pet or feed the wildlife… These rules are there for a reason. Yet for some reason idiot parents want to show little baby Tommy the big fluffy kitty up close. Dont get us wrong. We have nothing against GOOD parents. Just the dumbass ones. And in this case they almost won the darwin award.
A family at a safari park was chased down by a coalition of cheetahs, and just barely escaped unscathed. The heart-stopping incident was all caught on video below.
Initially, the cheetahs don’t pay any attention to the family, but at the 2:03 mark, the family exits their vehicle again, and this time, the big cats take notice. Seconds later, a woman holding a small child is surrounded by cheetahs, and only by pure luck wasn’t pounced on and attacked.
Everybody eventually…
There have been a few instances of stupidity when it comes to large predatory animals and it seems as if people are just genuinly unaware of how dangerous these predators are. They seem to think that just because they are in captivity they must be tame. Often it can have tragic consequences as seen in the video below.
