This achievement is the main contributor to the exponential growth the company has experienced. In 2017, Tactical Shit was ranked the 8th fasting growing retail company by Inc Mag, and the 115th fastest growing, privately owned company among the Inc 500. These accolades are the outcome of attaining $4 million in revenue in 2016 and growing 3,446% over three years time. Success continued in 2018 when St. Louis Business Journal released their top 50 businesses list and TS was ranked 20th. However, as you would expect with any new company, especially one growing at a rate like this, there are going to be some growing pains. We strive to give each and every customer the experience they deserve, but some unhappy ANTIFA and Ferguson protesters have taken to the web and are leaving nasty reviews. We can narrow the negativity down to these group because Tactical Shitheads are not the kind of customers to bitch through Yelp and Better Business Bureau (BBB) accounts, that is why we are going to explain what to believe when it comes to Tactical Shit reviews.
While we would like to think that all of the negative reviews are fake and from people who have no reason to speak their mind we know that this is not the case. Ratings on Yelp and BBB are unfortunately not as positive. Yelp has delivered a 2 out of 5 rating with only 20 reviews and BBB also delivers a 2 out of 5 rating with just 2 reviews. After taking a good look at the negative information a new system of customer service was put in place to reduce the amount of unsatisfied customer reviews. Now all managers of Tactical Shit will be able to see customer service tickets and address any potential troubles.
