There was a time in our nation when justice was blind.
That it didn’t matter your station in life, if you committed a crime, you would pay the piper.
However, over the years things have shifted into something entirely different.
In our nation, justice is administered on two levels.
One is for deep-state elites and liberals, and the other is for regular, law-abiding Americans.
For example, after arguing with Cayler Ellingson, 18, in September 2022, Shannon Brandt reportedly hit and killed the teen.
Afterward, Brandt was allegedly accused of running Ellingson over with his car and released on a $50,000 bond.
Additionally, it was reported that following the initial allegations of manslaughter against Brandt, murder charges were increased and filed.
Why did Brandt kill Cayler?
For being a Trump supporter.
Now, you see what I mean when I say that there is a two-tier justice system?
Charlie Kirk, a popular conservative pundit noticed it as well and had this to say about the situation.
41 y/o Shannon Brandt ran over 18 y/o Cayler Ellingson for being a Republican. He's free now after posting a $50,000 bond
If Cayler was a Biden supporter there'd be riots and 'Domestic Violent Extremism' would dominate the news.
America's two-tiered justice system is a disgrace

Prosecutors have now changed their initial decision to charge Brandt with murder from manslaughter to manslaughter.
Given the outpouring of support for the murdered teen, there was a significant condemnation of the decision to change Brandt’s charge back to manslaughter:
Disgusting… 🤬🤮 #CaylerEllingson https://t.co/bGW7uDUPGB

The Associated Press reports:
Foster County State Attorney Kara Brinster was not available Monday afternoon to discuss why the charge was reduced to manslaughter.
Brandt’s attorney, Mark Friese, said in an email that Brinster chose to reduce the charge and it was not part of a plea deal. The case is still scheduled to go to trial on May 30.
And this is North Dakotas republican Attorney General Drew Wrigley. (@DrewWrigley)
His office phone number is (701) 328-2210.
His email is [email protected]
(Just a side note: to this day, he hasn’t mentioned or even addressed Cayler Ellingson’s murder.) https://t.co/xBgeCrfrGx pic.twitter.com/E0nnWIz0BP

Fox News provided this coverage of the tragic event:
Shannon Brandt, 41, spent just days in a Stutsman County Jail on criminal charges related to the death of 18-year-old Cayler Ellingson before he posted his $50,000 bond and was released, according to county jail records.
Brandt did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s email inquiry on Thursday.
This is horrific and unacceptable.
Brandt knew what he was doing when he ran down Cayler and should face murder charges.
The moment he got into his vehicle and positioned it to this young man was the moment that intent was established.
Our justice system is a joke and the only ones who see justice in it are those who are on the side of the communist.
