Female arrested on accusations of saying she’d shoot up a school the latest victim to redflag laws?

We initially reported on Pittsburg County Sheriffs Arrested a woman for threatening to shoot hundreds of people at her former highschool. Authorities were tipped off when she showed a video of herself shooting an AR15 to a co worker and then told them there were so many people at her old school she’d like to shoot. She was arrested on making terrorist threats.

However, that may not be the case at all after doing some digging we found that Wilson may not have made a threat at all. At no point did she ever say ” I am going to…” and as of today there is no solid evidence to support it. She brought a knife to school once… but who else hasnt? What we do know is hear say based of what the co-worker claimed she heard while wilson told the authorities that she simply defended gun owners stating that they are not all bad and said something along the lines of “She would never shoot up a school”

The co-worker could have misheard this or had an anti-gun axe to grind.

McAlisterNews states that deputes asked Wilson if she made any comments about guns to a coworker and Wilson said she did. Wilson said she told coworkers she recently purchased an AK-47 and told a coworker “she could come to her residence and shoot with her,” the report states.

The report states deputies asked Wilson if she talked about “shooting up the school or people.” Wilson first said she did not say that before saying “she would never shoot up a school” and her coworker didn’t take what she said the right way, according to the report.

Wilson told deputies she tried to tell the coworker that not all gun owners are bad people and she tried to sway coworkers opinions on guns, the report states.

Deputies asked Wilson to explain the comments multiples times, the report states.

“I then asked Alexis if she had said something that she should not have said and she stated she was unsure and that she never meant for it to be taken in that way,” Jordan wrote in the report.

KTUL reports  that deputies said Wilson seemed upset about not being able to go back to school, but she denied being mad about it.

Wilson told deputies she’d been bullied in the past at the school, but was good about ignoring it.

She denied showing a coworker videos of her shooting the AK-47, but said she did show photos.

Deputies found the gun, as well as a 12-gauge shotgun, multiple magazines and rounds of ammunition, in her room.

After speaking to the school, deputies learned there were some previous violent issues with Wilson since 2013 and ongoing where she’d been suspended for bringing a knife to school and another time where she has a swastika symbol on her personal belongings.

According to the report, Wilson recently purchased an AK-47, which they found in her home along with a 12-gauge shotgun and ammunition for both. There was no mention on an AR-15, which is a gun frequently used in mass shootings, including the 2018 slaughter at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fla according to the DailyNews

Theres quite a few loopholes in the story and not much is said on the actual threat or evidence to support that she made one other than what was allegedly heard by the co worker. Heard being the key word. “Deputes asked Wilson if she made any comments about guns to a coworker and Wilson said she did. Again, Wilson said she told coworkers she recently purchased an AK-47 and told a coworker “she could come to her residence and shoot with her,” the report states.” “The report states deputies asked Wilson if she talked about “shooting up the school or people.” Wilson first said she did not say that before saying “she would never shoot up a school” and her coworker didn’t take what she said the right way, according to the report.”

It would appear as if maybe the co worker had an anti-gun axe to grind.

It does not appear that there was a threat made until solid evidence suggest otherwise we are going to guess theres some redflag bullshit taking place. we’d like your input.
