So the Dems decided to drop the Assault Weapons Ban of 2019 which is an upgraded version of the 1994 Clinton Era Assault Weapons Ban and its very obvious as it uses most of the old verbiage.

“Bans magazines and other ammunition feeding devices that hold more than 10 rounds of ammunition, which allow shooters to quickly fire many rounds without needing to reload. Owners may keep existing magazines.”

But now includes the following, though I’m sure there are a few other new additions I am missing, but two additions stand out.

“Bans bump-fire stocks and other devices that allow semi-automatic weapons to fire at fully automatic rates.”

(We know its not final and will hopefully get tied up in courts for awhile)

“Bans assault pistol stabilizing braces that transform assault pistols into assault rifles by allowing the shooter to shoulder the weapon and fire more accurately.”

Im sure there are a few other additions I am missing…

But, wait a minute didnt Ol’ Barry say we could keep our braces? Well, we know for certain the he said it the ATF has said on many occasions that the braces are in fact legal which can be seen HERE! Which is concerning. Why you might ask? Because, the ATF also ruled that bump stocks were legal on multiple occasions during the Obama administration and we all know how that went.

For those not familiar with SB Tactical they are the inventors of the Sig brace. In 2012 Alex Bosco was at a shooting range with a wounded warrior.  His friend was asked to stop shooting his AR Pistol because he could not control it well due to his disability. To address this issue Alex went to the drawing board and came up with the SB-15 in 2012. The concept of the SB Tactical brace is simple a flexible plastic cuff wraps around a shooter’s forearm and an integrated Velcro strap secures the brace in place. This device would allow those with disabilities to shoot AR style rifles. And thus SB Tactical was born.

The ATF continued to make rulings and reverse rulings on the Arm Brace which can be seen HERE!

The upgraded ban introduced by Feinstein and her cronies goes on to say that you can keep your grandfathered weapons however the ban will prohibit the manufacture, sale, or transfer of the items. What the dems don’t realize is on the chance that this passes not only are they denying millions of Americans their 2A rights but thousands of people will now be costing many hardworking americans their careers.
