A black backpack was found in a busy part of Milwaukee and law enforcement was immediately called. Fearing it could have been an explosive device the police cordoned off the area, blocked the streets, and awaited the arrival of the bomb squad. However, the entire process was taking too long for one two wheel individual.
According to TMJ 4 The bicyclist proclaimed he was going to defuse the situation and road toward suspicious package. Upon reaching the bag he can be seen opening the bag and rummaging through its contents. before ultimately finding nothing and throwing his arms up in frustration.
Shortly after walking away from the bag, the bicyclist is tackled to the pavement by law enforcement and arrested. Many are not sure if the man may be suffering from mental health issues as no normal person would willingly walk up to a potential explosive device.
