A U.S. Army soldier died during a training exercise in Fort Hood, Tex., Tuesday night, the post said.
The First Infantry Division HH-60M aircrew from Fort Riley, Kansas, was conducting a medical evaluation training when the incident happened on the Robert Gray Army Airfield around 10:30 p.m., a Fort Hood spokesman said Wednesday.
