Tactical Shit’s facebook page was unpublished with no warning, no messages and no appeal process. In the last 3 years the sites facebook page grew to over 475,000 fans ranging from all walks of life to form a community with similar ideas and goals. In the 3 years the company had been warned before, and we cleaned up our act with each warning. Following the facebook guidelines to a T. We made it WELL KNOWN that we didn’t sll firearms nor ammunition, made sure to keep scantly clad women with guns to a minimum, we even cleaned up our act when it came to posting about Islam and Sharia Law. With all the work that Tactical Shit has done to help out our brothers and sisters in blue, using facebook as our main platform to get them the equipment the need to stay safe we are still pulled down.
TJ (HMFIC) was quoted in saying:
This hurts our small company of 14 employees, and many of our vendors who rely on our traffic daily. If we deserved it that would be one thing, but this was a shock. NO warning, no explanation just GONE.
Spike Bowan, CEO of Irregular Mischief Publications, LLC went on to say:
This isn’t the first time Facebook has tried to censor companies and Independent News Media venues on their social media site.We are a small business that relies on Tactical Sh*t for a 1/4 of our business. Facebook’s assault on pro-patriot and pro-military/police web sites may affect our company as well. Leading to lay offs and more heinous outcomes.
1 conspiracy theory is that Facebook is shutting down many firearm related pages and groups in advance of the Ferguson Anniversary this week and the potential for civil unrest. Some way to disconnect the groups to keep digital lines of communication and information trafficking to a slower rate. Another theory would be that Facebook is systematically targeting pro 2nd Amendment groups. Don’t beleieve me? Dave McCulloch, Digital Strategy Director at Capitol Media Partners, told The Daily Caller that Facebook stalled the ad from going up sooner. Facebook allows for up to a 24-hour window to approve an ad, but McCulloch said that it generally only takes an hour or two for approval.
Facebook took the full 24 hours to approve the ad, right down to the final moment, and McCulloch isn’t buying it as a random event.
“Random? Yeah right. I do a lot of ad buying for a living, and it’s never taken 24 hours. I’m surprised if it takes more than 30 minutes!”

What started as scattered reports of pro-gun Facebook groups being shut down quickly turned into a cacophony of complaints yesterday as the social media giant took a first step against supporters of the Second Amendment.
The targeted groups primarily consist of local or state wide buy / sell / trade groups. The sudden disappearance of so many pages across so much of the nation sent gun owners to other pages to see if it was a localized event.
Just as a frenzy was building, the group pages were suddenly reinstated with neither explanation nor notice.
The lack of definitive explanation from Facebook has caused rampant speculation. One rumor gaining speed is that Facebook restored the pages in order to avoid impacting today’s election and will delete the pages again sometime next week.
BLM, which is on its way to be come a recognized terrorist group, pages are still allowed with their racial charged and hate filled speeches flooding the news feeds of people all over the world. Supporters of KNOWN TERRORIST GROUPS such as ISIS are allowed to be on facebook UNREGULATED. However if you are pro 2 amendment watch out you are now classified as more of a threat than BLM and ISIS in the eyes of Mark Zuckerberg and the rest of his cyber bullying cronies.
These are dark times we are entering when our 1st amendment is being stifled by those who want to take away our 2nd.
