Tens of thousands of roughly one million protestors subsequently proceeded to the US Capitol following President Trump’s speech, where further protests were organized.
The FBI employed tracking to determine the movements of many targeted individuals in this zone.
The government later said this was a restricted zone on January 6.

We know today that there were no markers, flags, fencing, or other indicators that this area was off-limits.
The US government and DC police now have proof that they expected thousands of Trump supporters to gather here since those people had obtained permits for their rallies.
The Trump supporters handed out brochures advertising the many activities happening on January 5th and 6th.
These gatherings were organized and filed with the proper authorities well in advance of January 6!

The Biden DOJ is now arresting Trump supporters who stood outside the US Capitol on January 6 and committed no violence.
I have two new clients charged with J6 crimes. Neither went inside the Capitol and there are no allegations of any interference with the police.
I’m not aware of any previous case where defendants were charged just for being present outside the building and watching.

How is it lawful that Trump supporters who peacefully demonstrated outside or within the US Capitol on January 6th are still having their houses searched and are being put to prison for doing so?
It was ON THE SCHEDULE and they had licenses, so thousands of Trump supporters showed up at the US Capitol after President Trump’s address.
They were hunting for the stage or waiting for a demonstration when cops opened fire.
Isn’t it weird that the highest court in the nation can sit back and watch the Department of Justice go rogue without seeing any need to intervene?
