How UFC star Travis Browne and Ronda Rousey tracked down the burglars who raided their home

UFC star Travis Browne has revealed how he tracked down the burglars that raided his and girlfriend Ronda Rousey’s home.

Rousey, and her boyfriend Browne, had returned to their home in Venice, California, to find her Olympic gold rings, guns, jewelry, and more were missing. She also noticed that it looked like someone had been sleeping in one of their beds.

When they reviewed their home surveillance footage, they found they’d been burgled. After noticing some of the intruders had skateboards, Browne set off to the local skatepark where he caught up with the alleged thieves.

The 6’7 professional Ultimate Fighter champion exercised some extraordinary self control when he found them.

‘I was standing there, and they saw me, and I was eyeballing them,’ he told TMZ Sport.

‘I was staring at them like, ‘You motherf**kers!’ You’re lucky that I have the [self-control] to not beat the dog sh*t out your a**!’

Rousey added: ”My man is 6’7 and 260 – he like bee-lines it straight to the to the skateboard park. Finds the guys right away.

‘He’s smart enough not to [smacking action] in the middle of the [park]…,’ she concluded.’

Browne, 34, a heavyweight UFC fighter, said it also began to dawn on him that these kids had possession of their stolen guns.

‘I thought its probabaly not the best idea,’ he said.

After spotting a few cops at the park, he went over to report the burglary and showed them still from his surveillance footage.

Within a couple of hours, police had made several arrests. At least one of the suspects is still in jail, according to the UFC fighter,

When speaking to the police, one of the officers asked Browne what punishment he would like for the ringleader.

‘I was like, ‘How about give me 5 minutes with him alone?’ he said.

TMZ identified two of the suspects as 21-year-old Zhamila Bolat and 20-year-old Alim Young.

They report that both suspects were arrested for burglary, but they have not been formally charged.

‘It’s nasty,’ he said of the break-in, and the bizarre fact the kids also slept in their beds, ‘What the hell are they thinking?

The couple have not recovered their stolen items, but thankfully Rousey’s Olympic medal was not taken.

In fact, the medal ended up being the ‘nail in the coffin’ for the suspects, Browne said,

‘Because they picked up the medal, which was in a hard surface case, and actually touched the medal but then put it back in and put it away. It has all their fingerprints all over it, so it was one of the things that helped match. These guys were just being dipsh**s.’
