Convicted Murderer Eligible For Bras To Support New ‘Female’ Gender Identity On Tax-Payer Dime

Convicted murderers are now treated with special regard and respect while altering their gender identification, despite the fact that they are among the darkest and most terrible of all people.

A biological guy named Andrew Balcer, 24 murdered his parents in 2016 with great brutality. He was just transferred from a maximum-security men’s prison to a medium-to-low-security jail because he made the decision to identify as a woman.

Balcer woke his mother Alice on the eve of Halloween to let her know he was having trouble falling asleep. She gave him an embrace in an effort to comfort her son, who she believed was going through a trying emotional moment. He killed her by stabbing her nine times in the back while she was holding her son.

Balcer then went on to kill his father, Antonio, by stabbing him with a “Ka-Bar,” a military battle knife. He also killed Lily, the household chihuahua.

He let his older brother flee after telling him “it’s not your day,” thus saving his life.

Balcer, a teenager at the time, called the police to tell them, without remorse, what had happened.

“I snapped,” said Balcer. “I took my little Ka-Bar there and I drove it straight into my mother’s back. My father came up because he heard her screams and I stabbed the f*** out of him.”

Balcer nonchalantly added, “Oh, I killed the dog, too. It was barking.”

At the sentencing hearing, Balcer’s older brother admonished him for senselessly murdering his parents in cold blood.

He said, “I still hear our dearest mother’s screams, every night as I fall asleep. Every morning as I awaken, they echo in my head. Her screams as she was stabbed by the son she doted on so much, the son she only wanted the world for, and would accept nothing less.”

“I remember the foul things you accused her of, and the looks of horror upon the family’s faces as they heard about them. You are an inhumane creature and the fact that you continue to pretend otherwise sickens me.”

In 2018, Balcer was convicted 2018 and sentenced to 40 years in prison at the Maine State Prison, a maximum security facility for men.

Balcer, who now goes by Andrea, is listed as a female in the Maine Department of Corrections (MDOC) records, according to recent changes to state data.

The murderer was consequently transferred to the medium-to-minimum security Maine Correctional Center (MCC) in Windham, which houses both male and female inmates. The majority of prisoners at MCC are there for terms of five years or less.

Due to a number of rules, it is required that the prison systems in Maine recognize the gender identity of their inmates and give them the appropriate apparel.

Maine jails must “respect and recognize a jailed person’s persistently held gender identity irrespective of anatomy or physicality,” according to LD 1044, a bill proposed by Democrat Rep. Charlotte Warren. Additionally, according to this bill, housing for inmates must reflect the inmate’s gender identification unless doing so would cause “serious management or security concerns.”

MDOC Commissioner Randell Liberty signed a measure into law in 2020 requiring state-run prisons to outfit convicts with apparel that corresponds to their gender identity, like push-up bras and chest binders.

Because God forbid they endure the consequences of not having their desired gender identity appropriately accommodated and recognized, these advantages have been provided to the person who massacred their family without showing remorse.
