4) Biden wants to use the ATF to ban arm braces and redefine some pistols as AOW
Sources also told AmmoLand News that Associate Deputy Director Marvin Richardson, another career bureaucrat, has an ax-to-grind against pistol braces and believes they
violate the NFA but doesn’t think that they have the political capital to make a move against the millions of accessories under a Trump presidency. Those inside ATF with knowledge of the situation told AmmoLand News that higher-ups at the ATF believe that they will have the political capital and cover to go after braces under an anti-gun Biden administration.
BATF Headquarters advised all their agents not to answer questions on braces. This ban on answering questions does not just apply to the media. Agents cannot answer questions about braces’ legality, even if asked by firearms manufactures and gun dealers who sell the braces.
There are over 3 million arm braces on “pistols” in America. If this happens, those gun owners will become felons and be forced to disassemble their gun until they complete a 6-12 month background check with the ATF and pay a $5 to $200 tax to convert their pistol to an Any Other Weapon (AOW) or a Short Barreled Rifle (SBR).

8) Biden wants to ban so called “ghost guns” aka 80% receivers
According to Biden, One way people who cannot legally obtain a gun may gain access to a weapon is by assembling a one on their own, either by 
buying a kit of disassembled gun parts or 3D printing a working firearm. Biden will stop the proliferation of these so-called “ghost guns” by passing legislation requiring that purchasers of gun kits or 3D printing code pass a federal background check. Additionally, Biden will ensure that the authority for firearms exports stays with the State Department, and if needed, reverse a proposed rule by President Trump.
