MANATEE COUNTY, FL – Police in Florida have arrested an easy-to-spot-in-a-lineup heroin dealer with several distinctive facial tattoos. I guess selling his soul to Satan didn’t quite work out for him, huh?
Police say that when Joshua Smith, 37, was found at around 1 A.M. at a motel in Bradenton on Sunday, he had a trafficking amount of methamphetamine and a highly dangerous fentanyl substance in his possession.
He has been hit with Violation of Probation and additional possession and trafficking charges.
