“They are not coming after your guns.” …or so they claim. A farmer who in California found out the hard way on how low the anti gun crowd is willing to go and tries to comply with
the new, ever changing law by registering an AR15 and they raid his house. As always it seems to be a trend in these anti gun states of turning their firearm owning citizens into criminals with the stroke of a pen.
I think California just needs a reminder of what is written in the constitution.
“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”
Especially that last part. The 2nd amendment is there to allow us citizens to protect our rights. From Invaders, Tyranny, etc. This Right. and it is a right. Not a luxury not a privilege is there to ensure we remain free.
According to court documents, the California Department of Justice raided Jeffrey Scott Kirschenmann’s home last month, after he tried to register an illegally modified gun online through the state’s website.
What they found in his home, led to the DA filing charges: a dozen guns, 230 rounds of ammunition and two silencers seized from Jeffrey Scott Kirschenmann’s home in a gated community in Northwest Bakersfield.
Records from the Secretary of State’s office list Kirschenmann as the CEO of Scott Kirschenmann Farms, Inc. — with the same lamont mailing address as Kirschenmann Farms, Inc. — the local grower known for its potatoes used by Frito Lay to make chips.

As you can imagine quite a few people in California have lost their firearms in boating accidents after this incident.
But what I really want to know is what is a multi-burst trigger activator, Are they referring to Binary triggers? Trigger Cranks? Or are they referring to actual NFA items?
Either way this just goes to show that registration can lead to confiscation and the left will go to any means necessary to do so either by creating absurd laws or imaginary terms that are explicitly banned as well… because you know “a 30 caliber magazine clip can be unloaded by a ghost gun in half a second” or how a barrel shroud is “The Shoulder thing that goes up.”
