WHOA: SHOOT-OUT Out Between Robbers 🦹‍♂️ & Jewelry Store Owner

Over the weekend, a gunfight broke out at a jewelry store in Huntington Beach, California.

The incident occurred at approximately 4 p.m. on Saturday at Isabella’s Fine Jewelry in the Huntington Harbour Mall.

Two armed robbers had barged into the shop and attempted to hold up the owner.

The owner was armed and shot at the two suspects in self-defense.

The suspects were not shot, but a customer sustained a minor injury from broken glass. No one else was harmed.

“Suspects forcibly entered a business with weapons & exchange of gunfire occurred as the store owner defended himself. The suspects fled in 2 vehicles n/b onto the 405,” the Huntington Beach Police Department tweeted. “The store owner was not injured, & a customer suffered minor lacerations from broken glass. HBPD Detectives are on scene as the investigation into this incident continues.”

“There is no current public safety threat related to this incident,” the tweets continued.

In an update about the situation, the department reiterated that “HBPD Detectives continue to investigate the incident. The HBPD does not believe an existing public safety threat exists in the immediate area.”

“Police say the suspects took off in two cars, one of which crashed in Los Alamitos, about ten miles away. Several people fled from that vehicle. Police caught an underage boy,” CBS News reported.
