While Mike was on his way to work he witnessed a hit and run and affected a traffic stop in his personal vehicle but was in full uniform. Once Mike approached the vehicle shots rang out between the driver and Mike. Mike did what all academy instructors would tell you to do and that is to solve your own murder.
