Pair Suspected Of Murdering Woman, Kidnapping Her 3 Children

Police sought the public’s help Wednesday to locate two suspects who are wanted in connection with the murder of a woman and possible kidnapping of her three young childrenin Lebec.

(CBS)- According to homicide detectives, a warrant has been issued for the arrest of the victim’s half-sister, Brittany Humphrey, and Joshua Aaron Robertson.

Robertson, 27, has a criminal history and is on probation. He should be considered armed and dangerous.

The pair is wanted for questioning in Kimberly Harvill’s death, detectives said.

Robertson and Humphrey, 22, are believed to have fled the state with Harvill’s three children — Ryle Watkins, 5, Brayden Watkins, 3, and Joslynn Watkins, 2 — in a green 1999 Ford Expedition, which may have a California license plate that reads “7BEK024” or paper plates.

The back of the vehicle has two stickers. One reads “R.I.P. Chad Watkins” and another that displays a six person family.

The vehicle also has camouflage duct tape on the base of the car. The children have been listed in law enforcement databases as “missing persons at risk.”
