What a Gun Free zone LAX

According to MSN, “A man carrying anti-government material and an assault rifle shot his way through security at Los Angeles International Airport on Friday, killing one Transportation Security Administration worker and wounding as many as three others…”
The shooter, Paul Anthony Ciancia was shot by law enforcement and taken into custody. Reports coming in are saying that the shooter had an illegal AR 15 in a garment bag and that he walked into LAX ; Revealed his firearm and began shooting through the checkpoints. One witness report states that the shooter approached him and uttered one word, “TSA?”
This evenings report on CBS had the former head of Anti-Terrorism for the LAPD. The gentleman stated that the “propaganda” the shooter was carrying was of the nature “TSA are pigs…” and “New World Order, a growing conspiracy theory that the world is going to be taken over by black helicopters and a global power…”. I can see the crackdown on fellow III%’s coming rapidly.
There are a slew of topics we need to touch on here. Obviously, the Chief among them is that GUN FREE ZONES DON’T WORK! Other topics we need to touch on are varied. AR 15 the EVIL WEAPON according to HAG and Senator Dianne Feinstein.
Sandy Hook, Aurora, The DC Naval Yard and now LAX. All of these places are GUN FREE ZONES! All of these places have endured horrific tragedies.
The argument is made by myself and fellow 2nd amendment advocates, that if there had been armed security at the school, or one concealed carry permit firearm wielding citizen at a movie theatre; or that the MILITARY GUARDS at the NAVAL YARD had been armed; that things might have turned out differently. Unless the shooter is looking to commit suicide by proxy, psychology states that the actor will look for an easier, less risky target. Give people the means to protect themselves. Don’t take them away. Switzerland, every household is required to maintain a firearm. It has the lowest crime rate in the world!
So the argument I am making, GUN FREE ZONES don’t work!
If a sociopath has an agenda, a sick minded individual appropriates weapons and has it in his/her mind to go somewhere and shoot people; a sign saying GUN FREE ZONE and police that are 5-10 minutes away after a 911 call WILL NOT DETER A PSYCHO. Good guys and Gals with guns deter psychos. I speak from experience.
Years ago, I was a Deputy Sheriff with the Uniformed Reserve for Allegheny County. I was and still am a licensed concealed carry permit holder. One night I was walking home late at night from work when several punk teens stopped me. They stopped me by pointing a 9mm Beretta at my face. I thought to myself, “This is it, I am going to die. If I am going out, I am not going to go out with out a fight..” I drew my Glock 21 pistol and aimed it at the teen with the gun. All of the kids ran screaming for their mothers as the one teen dropped the weapon. I holster my weapon and notice a fleck of orange on the barrel of his Beretta. I look closer to find that the weapon the juvenile delinquent was carrying was an “air soft” pistol that he had spray painted black. This kid, who couldn’t have been more than 14; almost died because he tried to be a “thug” with an airsoft pistol.
I was lucky, as were the teens.
Look at these men.
GUN FREE ZONES DIDN’T STOP THEM!
So the attacks on the 2nd amendment and the AR 15 are going to kick back up again. The guns aren’t the problem. The AR 15, is not evil.
Let’s say that HAG Feinstein get’s her way. That firearms are so restricted and made illegal that gun owners are severely crippled in their God Given Right to protect themselves and their families that they no longer have or are allowed to own firearms. Do you honestly think that criminals are going to obey these laws?
HELL NO!
They are going to do what criminals always do. Find a way around the law to allow them to perpetrate their evil intentions made manifest.
This is directly for Feinstein, Let’s say that men with nefarious intentions enter your residence and they are armed. What do you do? You are unarmed, because I am sure that you are going to obey the Gun Laws that you have enforced on the American people, right? What are you going to do?
You are going to call police, with GUNS!
GUN FREE ZONES DON’T WORK!
