So many people are up in arms over a rodeo clown and his recent choice in attire. More specifically a rubber mask in the likeness of the President of the United States Barry Soetero, I mean Barrack Obama. I am not surprised that the extreme Left is offended by this. The zealotry that stems from either side of the spectrum cannot be changed by rational thought. The zealot believes and that is it. Hell, according to actor Jaime Foxx, POTUS is “…our Lord and Savior…” as he so eloquently stated at the BET Soul Train awards back in November. This is the same man that told people to “publicly display their outrage” in regards to the Zimmerman/Treyvon Martin Case while wearing a shirt with the image of Treyvon Martin at another BET awards in July. He went on to explain that “…rioting, looting, and indiscriminate violence is acceptable as long as you feel within your heart it’s for a good cause.”
So, the story goes that a professional rodeo clown wore a rubber mask in the likeness of the President. There is dispute as to who said what, but supposedly a voice came over the loud speaker saying, “the bull is gonna getcha getcha getcha…” blah blah blah. This is a bunch of bull! (Yes the pun was intended.) There is a larger issue at hand here. A bigger issue than a prank performed by a rodeo clown. For year’s comedians, actors, political satirists and talk show hosts having been using the “likeness” of Presidents for their comedy/agendas. So why is everyone all upset now? Why are there people like the Missouri chapter of the NAACP calling for a federal investigation into this matter? Really? You want the DOJ to investigate a rodeo clown that wore a mask of POTUS?
Here is the kicker, the geniuses at the NAACP in Missouri are calling this a “hate crime”. I don’t know what others were taught, but I was always under the impression that a hate crime was more along the lines of a mob beating a man because he is gay. Or some Neanderthals defacing a synagogue with swastikas. KKK members burning a cross in the front yard of an African American family; THESE are hate crimes. So are they saying that because President Obama is half Black that a political satire/prank at a rodeo is a racial hate crime and that all the other Presidential jokes/satires over the years aren’t because the previous presidents were of Anglo-Saxon decent?
Umm… that sounds racist to me. Or more like a race baiting rant intended to cause further dissension in the ranks of the American people. I find it disgusting that both sides of the spectrum, Left and Right always call out for “Freedom of speech” wearing their 1stamendment pins and waiving their Bill of Rights banners; until you say something that pisses them off. Then their tone changes and now it’s “Racist!” “Censor them!” “DOJ investigation now!”
The DOJ hasn’t investigated Benghazi, do you think that our tax dollars need to be spent on a waste of an investigation chasing down a rodeo clown and making that state fair mandate “sensitivity training” to their staff? The fair did mandate the training by the way. What the hell is wrong with people? We have enough problems with our government and you want to draw attention away from the real problem. Benghazi, The IRS targeting conservative groups, Fast and the Furious,NSA, Ed Snowden, no budget, trillions of dollars in debt as a country and yet POTUS takes $100 million dollar vacations to Africa and ships his dog separately in its own personal aircraft to go with the first family to Martha’s Vineyard.
Hell, I haven’t even touched on “Obamacare” yet. Did you know that to comply with the new Affordable care act, Medicare no longer allows ambulance companies to bill Medicare for certain things? So the ambulance can’t bill the insurance now they bill the patient directly to retain moneys for services rendered. Here are two examples of things that are no longer billable and if you have these incidents you will now be receiving a bill: (these are summed up into layman’s terms from the medical legal mumbo jumbo as best I can)
1- Broken Arm= No protruding bones or immediate loss of limb. Just a good old fashioned broken arm. Not a medical emergency, can’t bill Medicare. Patient gets the bill.
2- Childbirth/Pregnancy= No water break, no imminent delivery, no complications. Just contractions; Not a medical emergency, can’t bill Medicare. Patient gets the bill.
These are just a few examples of the “new billing guidelines” that have come out since the affordable care act has come into place. The reasoning, as it’s been explained to me is that the patient could have been transported by other means in these instances. Employers are cutting hours of their workers because they can’t afford to pay the rates of “Obamacare”. The two guys that wrote the damn thing call it a train wreck and then Senators and Congresspersons are saying we have to pass it to see what’s in it. Do you people realize how completely stupid and ridiculous you sound?
Let’s not pay attention to all of this though. These are “phony scandals” according to the White House. Let’s focus on the rodeo clown, let’s focus on Treyvon Martin. I am tired of race baiting bull shit. I was raised that you respect a person based on their actions, not the color of their skin. Being a Paramedic in an urban setting I see many horrific things. Nobody makes a fuss about the 14 month old girl that was raped by her family member. The multiple shooting were a gunman walks into a basement filled with guests from a birthday party and opens fire killing several and wounding more. The 6 year old boy that was hit by a bus trying to cross the street to get some ice cream because his mother was to “Cracked Out” to get off the couch and take him to the store.
Where is the outrage for them? Where is the DOJ investigation for these innocent victims? Forget them; we don’t need to feel humanity and sympathy toward these people. We have a Clown to catch. Just a bit of advice though; Rodeo Clowns are some Hard Core Cowboys! They take on a Bull for a living. The NAACP demands a DOJ investigation for a rodeo clown prank, please for the sake of the entire country just stop talking.
Where is the DOJ investigation on Eric Holder for the Fast and the Furious Scandal? Or on Hillary Clinton for Benghazi? Where are the questions about protesters in the Middle East and Africa blaming POTUS for War Crimes? Well, zealots rarely turn on their idols especially when they can gain a political advantage in their long term agendas. I say it’s time to stop Clowning Around and that “WE” start asking these questions instead of listening to Main Stream Media that is controlled by corporations, banks and the government.
