While trying to get more info about the orchestrated Bullshit that is going down in Durham SOMEONE pulled all fire and EMS scanners offline in Durham City, now it IS normal for fire and EMS to use ENCRYPTED coms during high traffic time, but the scanners are never actually pulled, does this mean that the scanners or down?
